Loran Award - Value $150,000
Loran Scholars benefit from a four-year leadership-enrichment program, financial support for their undergraduate studies, national and international experiential learning opportunities, and a long-term supportive community of peers and mentors, including business and community leaders. In addition to naming 36 Loran Scholars, we will also allocate more than $500,000 in additional one-time awards to up to 54 Loran Finalists and 70 Loran Provincial and Territorial recipients. REMAX Quest for Excellence - Value $1,000
Forty eligible students will be selected and each awarded a $1,000 scholarship based on their essay submissions. Applications are open now through March 15, 2027.
Eligible applicants must:
• Be enrolled in Grade 12 during the 2026–2027 school year
• Attend a Canadian school
• Legally reside in Canada, excluding Quebec
• Not have already graduated
Eligible students must submit an online essay of at least 500 words, answering one of the following questions:
1. What does “home” mean to you?
2. How have you demonstrated leadership or charity within your community?
3. What is one dream you hope to achieve, and what motivates you to pursue it?
